Go to tools&gt;extension manager

When extension site opens
Search for PDF and down load the extension

Select the PDF Extension and Get it

Go back to OO Import your file Save as a Hybrid and you can edit the PDF  

It works great on average size files!  If you have huge PDF&#039;s (Over 30 pages)it may not load.</description>
